Adopting high‑frequency dielectric heating principle, it achieves firm, clean and beautiful sealing for PVC, PET, PET‑G blister‑paper card combinations.

Equipped with a large‑diameter four‑station rotary turntable, the machine supports automatic and semi‑automatic working modes. Operators can finish feeding at one station while welding is processed at another station, greatly boosting throughput and reducing labor cost. It can be matched with manipulator for auto pick‑and‑place to realize higher‑level automatic production, which is ideal for cosmetic packaging factories pursuing stable quality and high output.

Optional oscillating frequency: 27.12 MHz or 40.68 MHz to meet different regional radio‑frequency compliance requirements.
2. Four‑Station Rotary Turntable Design: 1000 mm diameter rotary table with precise indexing positioning. Cyclic multi‑station operation realizes feeding, welding, cooling and unloading in turn, improving production efficiency significantly compared with single‑station models.
