FAQ Help Center

Find answers about high frequency welding machines — working principles, materials, voltage, certifications, custom molds, shipping, and after-sales support.

High Frequency Welding Machines

A: High frequency welding machines utilize high frequency electromagnetic fields (typically 27.12 MHz or 40.68 MHz) to generate frictional heat in the molecules of polar materials such as PVC and TPU, and then fuse them under pressure. This process is suitable for sealing, welding or embossing, without the need for glue or stitching, achieving high-strength bonding.

A: High frequency welding machines are specially designed for thermoplastic materials such as PVC, PU, TPET, and EVA, and can also handle coated fabrics and inflatable products. If you have special material requirements, please provide samples and we will test the compatibility for you.

A: Yes. Our machines have passed CE and ISO certifications, hold 23 patents, and comply with FCC electromagnetic interference limits, ensuring safe use in regions such as the European Union and North America. Each device comes with a compliance certificate.

A: Our standard high frequency welding machine operates at 380V 50Hz. If the power supply voltage in your country differs, we can customize the voltage configuration. For example, we support three-phase 480V 60Hz (USA), three-phase 220V 60Hz (Mexico), and other regional specifications.

A: Yes. Our factory has its own high frequency mold production department, providing customized molds made of aluminum alloy or copper. Please provide your product design drawing or sample, and we will design and manufacture the matching high frequency mold for you.

A: We offer a 12-month warranty for high frequency welding machines (excluding damage caused by improper use). Technical support is available within 24 hours via email, WhatsApp, or WeChat. We also provide long-term free video after-sales service and troubleshooting guides.

A: Standard high frequency welding machines are in stock and ready to ship. Lead time for customized machines depends on specifications. We package in wooden crates and ship by sea (EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP terms available). Express air freight can also be arranged upon request.

A: Pressing TPU with a high frequency welding machine requires the appropriate high frequency mold. Contact us to discuss mold production. Our factory provides free technical guidance on TPU pressing procedures and parameter settings.

A: Common causes of sparking: 1. High frequency output is set too high. 2. The mold is not level. 3. The material is conductive or contaminated. 4. No high-sensitivity arc protection device is installed. 5. No insulating material is placed on the pad.

Solutions: 1. Reduce the high frequency output. 2. Level or replace the mold. 3. Replace materials and keep them clean. 4. Install an arc protection device. 5. Place insulating material on the welding pad.
