12KW Garment Embossing Machine

This is a 12KW garment embossing machine. It uses hydraulic pressure and heat. The machine creates deep, lasting patterns on fabric and leather. It works great for cowboy embossing and shoe embossing. You can also use it for trademark stamping and bag decoration.

Common applications include jeans, leather bags, sports shoes, and craft gifts. The design is strong and reliable. It supports high-volume production.

Machine Features

• Hydraulic Power: Stable hydraulic system. Descending speed is adjustable. Up and down speed is also adjustable.
• Dual Station Design: Two work stations. Both can run at the same time. This doubles your output.
• Adjustable Stroke: You can set the lower limit. This ensures perfect depth for garment embossing.
• Safety Start: Double button switch required. Keeps operator hands safe during pressing.
• Precision Guide: Anti-rotation double guide rods. Makes embossing placement very accurate. Pressure valve allows easy force adjustment.
• Independent Heating: Upper and lower molds heat separately. Automatic constant temperature control. Accuracy is ±1°C.
• Wide Temperature Range: Adjustable from 0°C to 300°C. You can set different temps for top and bottom.
• Strong Frame: Four-column internal structure. Prevents machine head lifting. Durable powder coated finish.
