No. A heat sealer applies external surface heat, often causing surface burning or uneven bonding. A PVC welding machine (RF welder / HF welder) generates heat internally within the PVC via the radio frequency field — producing a molecular bond stronger than the original material, with clean edges and no surface damage. For industrial PVC production, RF welding delivers significantly better results.
